This is the sourcing service: Magnara finds and shapes the stay. The Villa Collection is where approved properties are published; most requests are met by going out to independent owners, managers and hotels with a brief.
A brief that says “five bedrooms, beachfront, first week of March” can be answered by a hundred houses. A brief that says “two couples and three children under six, someone has to sleep on one level, we want to walk to dinner, and we would rather have a good kitchen than a cinema” can be answered by about four. We ask for the second kind.

You describe the destination, dates, who is travelling and how you want the days to run.

Magnara approaches property partners, managers and hotels, and asks the questions that are easy to get wrong — bedroom arrangements, stairs, noise, what is genuinely included.

Options come back with rates, minimum stays, deposits, taxes and cancellation terms stated, not implied.
- 04
Where a property is being considered for an event, permissions are verified in writing before the property is proposed for that use.
