This website is operated under the Magnara Club brand by Magnara Global Capital LLC, a United States limited liability company ("Magnara", "we", "us"). Magnara Club is the private travel and lifestyle offering of Magnara Global. Contact details for privacy matters are set out at the end of this policy.

We collect the information you provide when you submit a request, application or enquiry: contact details, travel preferences, party composition, dates, and the details of the services you ask us to arrange. We collect technical information — device, browser, pages viewed — where you consent to analytics cookies.

We deliberately collect the minimum needed to act on a request. Public website forms do not ask for passport scans, government identification, full payment-card details, bank account information or sensitive medical records, and you should not submit them through the forms.

To review and respond to requests; to source options from appropriate independent providers; to prepare proposals; to coordinate confirmed services; to maintain traveller preference records where you ask us to; and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Where a request requires sharing details with a supplier — a property manager, an air carrier, a venue — we share what the supplier needs to respond, under the workflow described in our supplier terms. We do not sell personal information.

Marketing communications are sent only where you have given separate, optional consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the link in each message or by contacting us.

Retention varies by data category. Travel request and engagement records are retained for the duration of any engagement plus a tail period of up to three (3) years to support audit, dispute and recordkeeping needs, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe, then suppressed (not deleted) to honour your opt-out. Technical and security logs are retained for security monitoring and incident response, typically up to two (2) years.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time via the privacy contact below. We honour deletion requests to the extent permitted by law; records we are legally required to retain are preserved in a restricted-access archive.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Requests are honoured within the timelines required by applicable law.

California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request correction or deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Where we process personal data of residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, our lawful bases are the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and your consent where required (for example, marketing). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Magnara operates from the United States. If you submit information from outside the United States, you understand that it may be transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States.
