Travel and Supplier Disclosures

Magnara Club provides travel-planning, sourcing, concierge and coordination services. Air transportation, yacht charter, accommodations, ground transportation, vehicle rentals, restaurant reservations, nightlife requests, venues, weddings, excursions and destination services may be performed by independent third-party operators and suppliers. Magnara Club does not own or operate aircraft, vessels, vehicles, accommodations, restaurants, clubs or venues unless expressly stated.

Accommodation services are provided by independent property owners, managers, hotels, resorts or lodging providers. Rates, availability, amenities, policies, event permissions and services remain subject to confirmation by the applicable provider. Published starting rates reflect information verified at a point in time and are not offers.

Reservation requests are submitted to the applicable restaurant and remain subject to its availability, approval and policies, including dress codes, deposits, minimum spends and cancellation rules. Submission of a request does not create a reservation.

Nightlife arrangements — tables, guest lists, venue access — remain subject to the venue’s approval, age and identification requirements, dress code, conduct policies, minimum spends and admission procedures. No entry or placement is guaranteed.

Wedding, celebration and event services may be coordinated through independent venues, planners and suppliers. Venue availability, permits, event capacity, vendor permissions, insurance requirements, deposits, cancellation policies, sound restrictions and service scope remain subject to final written confirmation by the applicable venue and suppliers.

Charters are performed by independent owners and operators holding the applicable licences and insurance. Itineraries, crew, capacity and permitted activities remain subject to the operator’s terms, local regulation, weather and written confirmation.

Ground transportation and vehicle rental are provided by independent licensed operators. Vehicle categories are illustrative; specific makes and models are confirmed only in writing by the supplier. Driver requirements, deposits, insurance and mileage terms are set by the supplier.

Experiences, guides, wellness services, childcare and security services are performed by independent qualified providers under their own terms, licences and insurance.

Deposits, payment schedules, taxes, fees and cancellation terms are stated in the written proposal or confirmation for each arrangement. Supplier terms govern the underlying services.

A request submitted through this website or by any channel is an instruction to source and enquire, not a booking. Arrangements exist only once confirmed in writing and any payment requirements are satisfied.
