Magnara Club coordinates private aviation requests around route, timing, passenger needs, aircraft preferences and the wider itinerary. Flights are performed by independent, appropriately authorized air carriers.
Most aviation requests reaching Magnara are not really about an aircraft. They are about a wedding weekend where forty guests arrive across two days, a board that has to be in three cities before Friday, or a family that would rather not connect through a hub with small children. We start from the journey and work back to the aircraft.

How the sourcing works

You share the route, dates, passenger count, baggage and anything that matters — an early meeting, a dog, a wheelchair, a nervous flyer.

Magnara approaches operators and brokers appropriate to the route and aircraft category and returns options with the operating carrier identified.
- 03
You review aircraft, timing, commercial terms and cancellation conditions before anything is committed.
- 04
Once confirmed, Magnara coordinates FBO details, ground transportation and the rest of the itinerary around the flight.
Private aviation
AVIATION COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIREDMagnara Club acts solely as an air charter broker and as agent of its client in arranging flights; it is not a direct or indirect air carrier and does not operate aircraft. Private air transportation is performed by independent, appropriately authorized direct air carriers maintaining operational control of their respective flights. The identity of the operating carrier, its authority, and the total cost of the air transportation will be disclosed in writing before any charter agreement is executed.
